2025 Impact Council
Open Up Resources’ Impact Council partners with the leadership team in strengthening our organization by focusing on an inclusive culture, engagement and productivity. It’s composed of individuals across internal teams, and geography, with diverse careers and lived experiences. The Impact Council strategically provides thought partnership within employee culture of work/life integration, leadership principles and organizational values, equitable recruitment, retention, and training programs, and executing our internal mentorship program for new employees.
