Paul MawhinneyDirector of Sales Operations
Paul is passionate about aligning marketing, sales and business operations processes and systems. He began his career managing web and direct mail initiatives prior moving into a sales role at the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency. Previously, Paul developed and managed sales operations processes, sales forecasting, the sales support team, the inside sales team and other sales enablement initiatives at Learning Sciences International. He also managed demand generation initiatives to promote the work of Dr. Robert Marzano and other solutions to support the implementation of research-based instructional strategies in the classroom.
He and his family are based in Pennsylvania where he spends his winters training ski instructors on a part-time basis at his local ski area or through the Professional Ski Instructors of America Eastern Division.
